The Brewers Dinner will be held this year at the Seaside Convention Center and the 5 course gourmet meal with dessert will be provided by the award winning Seaside Culinary Arts Program under the instruction of Chef Chris Holen from Baked Alaska. This dinner will also serve as a fundraiser for the Culinary Arts Program which has won 1st place in the State of Oregon the last two years running, and gone on to compete at the national level. This 5 course meal will be paired with beers from all Oregon Coast breweries. The welcome beer will served at 5:30 friday march 6th, Dinner begins at 6pm. 120 plates.

Crab and goat cheese ravioli with bibb lettuce, mint slaw,
and brown pine needle butter.
PELICAN BREWERY – SILVERSPOT IPA
Potato and white cheddar soup with ling cod gravlox,
drizzled with black pepper oil and topped with fried shallot.
FORT GEORGE – STEIGERN DUNKLE
Fennel dusted pork tenderloin with red apple sauce,
braised chard and roasted cauliflower.
BUOY BEER – BUOY DOPPLEBOCK
Seared beef shoulder tender with fingerling potato jo jo’s,
pancetta brussels sprouts and squash ketchup.
SEASIDE BREWERY – STORM CROW STOUT
Sea salted chocolate mousse topped with balsamic blue berries
and vanilla bean caramel whipped cream.
